• 17 May 2008 - Pre & Post natal care
• 21 June 2008 - Anxiety, depression, lymphatics, stress, asthma
• 19 July 2008 - Ashtanga yoga, vinyassa, yamas and niyamas
• 16 Aug 2008 - Sequences of posture; using equipment
• 13 Sept 2008 - Kriya yoga including mantra, yantra, pranayama, mudra, bandha
• 11 Oct 2008 - Special needs clients eg sciatica, knee and neck problems
• 8 Nov 2008 - Kundalini, pranayama, meditation
• 6 Dec 2008 - Teaching methodology
