The suitable person should be fully diploma qualified, health fund registered, insured and have firm yet caring hands with a good work ethic. Someone from the southern areas of Sydney would be ideal. The clinic supports a mostly female clientele. Required for some days and evenings. Some Saturday work may be involved. Other modalities like Reiki, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy etc an advantage.

Looking for a skilled and enthusiastic massage therapist to join a dynamic, innovative team of health care practitioners.
Southside Health & Wellbeing is located in Hurstville, and incorporates Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, Naturopathy, Massage Therapy, Hypnobirthing and Nutrition and Dietetics.
Our Team has a specialty interest in wholistic perinatal health care. As a diploma qualified therapist, you will offer a unique and dedicated specialised massage service through the duration of a woman’s pregnancy, as well as postnatal massage.
We also provide a broad range of health services to the local community, including stress management, treatment for depression and anxiety, and support for clients coping with serious and/or chronic illness. Your skills will include Remedial and Swedish (relaxation) massage for this range of clients. Your role will also involve the provision of staff massage services.
Permanent part-time employee position. Hourly rate = $30, plus superannuation. As a permanent employee you will benefit from the stability and security offered by regular hours of work, as well as paid annual leave and sick leave.
Hours: Friday 10-2; Saturday 9-1 (with possibility of additional hours). There may be flexibility in these set hours to suit the preferred applicant.
